|We'll hike on bluffs high
above the crashing waves of the Big Sur Coast. The 8-mile trail takes us through quiet
redwood groves and lunch is on a peaceful beach.
Exercise physiologist Tacy Weeks Hahn will be your guide on this great hiking day. You'll start with a yoga/ stretch
session, and Tacy will teach you how to track your target heart rate for hiking through
the use of heart monitors (we'll have several), pulse, and perceived rate of exertion.
You'll get tips on how to get the most out of a hiking workout, and end the hike with a
short cool-down stretch.
