|Discover a side of Hawaii - away
from the hotels and condos - that most people never see. We'll stay in Hawaiian huts for four
nights of our trip and enjoy snorkeling, hiking in the high rain forest of Kokee, and other
sights on the island. The highlight of our trip is Kauai's incredible Na Pali Coast.
You have the option of taking it easy by cruising the Na Pali Coast in a boat or hiking a
challenging, ancient Hawaiian trail along the coast into remote Kalalau Valley. With local
guides we'll hike in the magical valley, swim in pools banked by wild fragrant ginger flowers,
and seek out hidden waterfalls. By boat we'll explore sea caves and beaches on the Na Pali
Coast. We'll camp by a tropical waterfall and feast on tropical fruit, fresh-caught fish, and
authentic traditional Hawaiian dishes.
This will be Carole Latimer's 17th hike with a group into Kalalau Valley and you'll get an
insiders look at this wild Garden of Eden Paradise. Don't miss this exciting adventure on
Kauai's Na Pali Coast! Group limit, 8 members
