Emilie Cortes is President of Call of the Wild Adventures, Inc. She left a 16 year career in financial services to align her passion and vocation – empowering women through positive experiences in the outdoors. Emilie has climbed on six of the seven continents and leads backpacking, trekking, and snowcamping trips for Call of the Wild and non-profits such as the Sierra Club. She has a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification and American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) Level II. Emilie holds an MBA in Finance from Berkeley, as well as the CFA and CAIA designations. She is a member of Financial Women's Association, Outdoor Industry Women's Coalition, and has served on the National Association of Women MBAs Board.
Anne Cramer has long been addicted to international travel, since her first trip to the former Soviet Union in 1987. After 20 years of traveling and living abroad, she added adventure travel to her portfolio, most notably rafting the spectacular and difficult Futaleufu River in Patagonia, Chile for her 40th birthday. Anne makes a living as a Management Consultant specializing in Customer Relationship Management and Marketing. Anne received her MBA from Cornell University, and has a MA in International Development from American University as well as a BA in International Relations from USC.
Noëlle McReynolds has loved travel since her first trip to Europe at the age of twelve. It was on a vacation in Santa Fe, New Mexico when she discovered her great passion for river rafting. Rivers have taken Noëlle through a 15-year career as a volunteer river guide and organizational leader. Noëlle funds her adventures with her marketing career building brands for companies ranging from enterprise software to high-end artisan home décor. She received her MBA from Mills, and has an interdisciplinary undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
Karen Moran is passionate about the outdoors, travel and helping others expand their horizons. During the day, Karen spends her time as an investor relations professional navigating the dynamics of the capital markets. When the stock markets are closed, you can find Karen hiking on Northern California trails, riding her bike in the hills around her house and just generally being active. Karen is a self-professed finance geek with an MBA from Dartmouth College and BBA from Hofstra University, and she is a Certified Public Accountant. She lives in Woodside, CA with her husband Sunny and fuzzy feline Willis.
