Spring Skiing &
with Yoga & Lakeview Lodging
Join us for a weekend of exercise and relaxation
at Lake Tahoe. Snowshoeing is easy and a wonderful way to be in
the mountains in winter. If you've never tried it before, we'll
teach you howit's easy!
Each day, we'll ski or snowshoe from about 10AM
to 2-3PM. We'll have morning and evening yoga. After skiing or snowshoeing,
we'll enjoy fine food and a cozy fire in our lodging in a comfortable
Your guides are Carole Latimer and Tacy Weeks Hahn.
Carole, founding owner of Call of the Wild and author of the Wilderness
Cuisine cookbook, turns out delicious
meals after an invigorating day in the snow. Tacy leads a basic
hatha yoga and stretch routine each morning and evening.
Tacy has an MA in Exercise Physiology, meditates
and practices yoga daily. She has taught cross-country skiing for
20 years, has trained an avalanche rescue dog, and has been a member
of the Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue Team.
