Join us for a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience rock climbing, hiking, and yoga at the world famous Smith Rock State Park in Central Oregon. Our group is especially small to allow for a high level of personal instruction.
On this four day/three night trip, we will cover all of the basics for safe top rope rock climbing, as well as provide an introduction to rappelling. We'll do the most classic hike at Smith Rock and enjoy sunrise and sunset yoga. All of your rock climbing gear will be provided.

Day 1 - Arrive at Redmont Airport (RDM) by 3pm for transport to Smith Rock State Park. We will spend our first evening getting to know each other, reviewing the weekend plans and learning some basick rock climbing skills. We'll wrap up the evening with a session of sunset yoga.
Day 2 - We will spend the morning rock climbing at one of many fabulous areas with beginner and intermediate routes. In the afternoon, we will do a classic hike to stretch our legs.
Day 3 - We will spend the full day rock climbing and working on our technique and stamina.
Day 4 - After sunrise yoga and breakfast, we will complete a final hike to say a sad goodbye to our new favorite place! Plan all departures after Noon.
